Open the app

The customer chooses what they need from our list of services and provides any info needed for the service. 

Get matched with a Technician

The customer is matched with the nearest available technician. If more than one tech is close by, the customer will be able to review each technician’s price and their profile; then confirm the service request. 

Technician arrives in 15 minutes or less

The service technician sees and chooses to accept the service request. They get to the customer in 15 minutes or less, and performs the requested service(s).

Rate your experience

At the end of each service, customers and technicians can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars. Customers also have the option to give the technician compliments and tip directly in the app.

If you have all the relevant information, on average it only takes about 10 minutes.

Technicians are assigned based on proximity to you, which enables us to fulfill our 15-minute or less commitment. 

Mechanic Advisors provide experienced diagnosis to help you virtually troubleshoot a mechanical problem without you having to wait 30 minutes at a mechanic’s shop.  

Connections are made through the JIB app. 

No membership dues are required! JIB is an on demand pay-as-you-need service. 

Our pricing algorithm provides the most competitive fixed price option for each service and timeframe. 

Yes! You can tip and provide feedback through our app. 

Services are cancelled through the JIB app. There will be no charge if the service request is cancelled before the technician is assigned and routed to deliver the service.
