How much can I earn?

Earning is unlimited and based on your flexibility and availability.

What tools do I need to qualify for Roadside Technician service delivery?

You will need a Roadside Kit similar to the one below including a 5-ton electric car jack, impact wrench, gas or diesel containers, tire inflator, and battery clamp charger.

Can I rent a car instead of using my own?

That is your personal choice. Service can be provided with any registered vehicle, as long as you can demonstrate proof of insurance.

Can I get help with my application in person?

JIB provides an online instructional guide, video, and other tips to help you complete your application.

If I'm approved to drive in Atlanta, am I approved to drive in other cities?

There are local and jurisdictional requirements that will need to be observed. JIB will provide guidance through the JIB app.

Do I need a vehicle inspection to drive in other states?

Vehicle inspections and maintenance are highly encouraged.

Is there insurance coverage?

JIB contributes a percentage of the fees we make to offset a percentage of your current liability insurance cost while on the app. This is at no cost to our drivers. We try to support our driver community in small ways that matter.

What type of picture ID do I need?

A driver's license picture ID is preferred.
